3. Account Registration

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Billing Terms

5. API Usage

- Keep your API keys confidential
- Not resell or redistribute our data without permission

- Not use automated tools to scrape beyond API access
Rate Limiting

Our data is sourced from multiple providers and updated regularly. However:
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness
- Data should be verified before making critical decisions
- Real-time data may have slight delays
- Historical data is provided "as-is"
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- FreightPulse is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on our data
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreightPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay for services
- Engage in abusive behavior
- Upon request, with reasonable notice for paid accounts
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims for injunctive relief. Class action lawsuits are waived.
15. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
